You do not have to spend money.
The coupons are as good as money in the store and cannot be stacked with other discounts

That would be weird because Waterlook makes a lot of Craftsman boxes...well maybe there is a non-compete thing, not wanting two differently branded same build boxes or something?
i dunno, but I put together a bunch of tool boxes today but they're all chinese boxes, but better quality chinese boxes, clean, no sharps or shavings, all come with zerust mats and really nice casters.

Lower end Waterloo or medium level?
I don't know the actual quality level but those were the good ones that didn't have any problems.
for some reason we switched to a different manufacturer for kobalt tool chests, something about craftsman being in lowe's now.

@pancing I've barely used the Bosch. The Milwaukee 12v impact is what I keep in my Tstaks and use 99% of the time. I kept the Bosch on the van for the rare times I needed something stronger. It literally has just sat in a drawer in the van most of the time.
might be interested in the impact if you havent sold it already

how often did you use that impact

Not gunna lie I've pondered doing this with some random cells I have into a black top Dewalt battery... Only thing that's stopped me is the randomness of the cells... Though I have considered grabbing a pile of Kobalts to do this too.
don't use random cells to do this with, get new cells of the same type, preferrably Exactly the same brand and and model.

I also have two. Great little drivers; I rarely turn screws by hand anymore.
Do yours turn off when you twist really quick? Or get stuck in one direction when you wanna go the other way?
One of mine does that and the other is sporadic

I wouldn't buy smaller than 7/8" if I were purchasing them individually, but even if you figure $2.50 per for the sizes that and over, still a steal.
I think it's that the tools have just gotten so much more powerful. In an impact though, binding is of no consequence. I rarely use them in anything other than my impacts, a ship auger in my M18 HH still being my go-to.
I've got like a dozen extensions for them in various lengths. They work great for doing the same sort of thing I'm doing here with my SH, but the hole doesn't need to be 1-1/4" for the head of the extension to be able to follow, like it does with that setup.
Yeah I used to use irwin speedbors but they seem to go dull after a while so I just went to Home depot and they had a stack of the black friday/holiday 17 packs or something for 1.50 a piece so i just bought the whole stack of 20, kept 10 or so and handed the rest out to my electrical/plumbing dudes.

My biggest tool problems are finding the money to keep buying them and places to keep putting them.
my biggest problem is trying to find tools that aren't more than 200$ retail (I've been lucky lately though)

yeah at almost the price of a single 1 1/2 spade bit I bought a stack of them as well, since I only really use 1"+
They've gone down in quality though either that or cordless tools are just too stronk for them. These fuckers wreck your wrist when they bind...
