Nordraw
Anyone have any experience with charging your A/C unit in the car with one of these products. The one I'm thinking about is called "AC Pro" and it costs about 35 bucks. They want 124 dollars at the shop so it's quite a savings. The question is does it do a comparable job? I think I'm going to give it a try just to see.
HiltiWpg
I have done 2 vehicles so far with no complaints. Be methodical and you should be fine. Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk
Fazzman
It should work,I just use an a/c hose and bulk tank. As long as you dont have to crack the system open you shouldnt have to vacuum.

But I'm not trying to completely dissuade you, if its an older car and you have nothing to lose, why not? I just had a shop repair an a/c line in the van, then I did the pressure testing with nitrogen, evacuated the system, then put the 2.21 pounds 134A in from a can. Nice working for hvac company. .. Nordraw
Ok, thanks guys, that gives me something to think about. Not so sure that I will go with this now. I figured that it was too good to be true.
BMack37
It will probably work but it is a bandaid fix. I use it and it will make your A/C nice and cool. I really don't want to put the money into my car to do it right.
JimboS1ice
I used one in my old car that was on its last leg, but that's all I would use it for Jimbo Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
