Makita Bhp452

Just Got Done Cleaning And Repairing This Makita Bhp452 Hammer/drill driver . Works like a charm i replaced gear box,switch and brushes. I Cleaned Everything From Inside Of Motor to The Glue off of the plastics. This drill is used daily at my high school wood shop :) here are some pictures of it

I would say without labor costs is about $75 the gear box was $40 , Switch $30 , Carbon Brushes $5 :) have a great day thanks for stopping by . if you have any questions about makita repairs or anything like that pm me

With the newer 4 pole designs, aside from improved speed control, brushed motors are serious competitors. Reliability, reparability and power for much less than brushless. The losses through the commutator are dramatically reduced so the battery life is similar to a brushless.

Its great seeing guys being able to easily repair a tool.
