marsh942
Guys! Its now been a couple of years since Festool (HK55/HK85/HKC55) released their versions of Mafell’s cross-cut plunge saws (KSS300/KSS400/KSS40) does anyone else think that Makita/Dewalt/Bosch etc will follow suit and release saws that the rails stay attached to? Jronman
In Europe DeWALT has a version of their standard circular saws that are track compatible.
marsh942
Yeah I’ve seen the DCS576, great idea but no function to allow the rail to stay attached and have the pins slide underneath for angle adjustments.
The.Handyman
Absolutely love and cherish MY Mafell KSS 40. My money is on Makita to be the first to make one. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk

Jronman
@JimboS1ice I usually just borrow a circular saw from work guys but maybe one day if I see a need to get a more traditional circular saw I might consider the HKC 55. I am looking at getting the TSC 55 free battery and 10% vac deal right now.
