SDS
Just got a tool catalog in the mail and this impact caught my eye.. no model nunber listed (was shown as a stock photo of a kit). Not seen one with the led by the speed selector. Did some searching and cant find it? Anyone seen it? Roasty
Looks to be same size as the 887 with the torch of a 996. guessing no lighting options as that has to be the speed selector for rpms? i hope this is a fake
Kenneth Denmark
Nothing new here.. just a DCF887 with a Flexvolt battery
SDS
Nothing new here.. just a DCF887 with a Flexvolt battery That led lighting (by the speed selector) isn't on an 887 though?Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
Jronman
This not only has the 887 triple led but the 60 lumen led at the base. If it is the gen 3 impact I would have expected more design changes. This seems fake to me.

SDS
Full page of the catalog.. can see the 'new' design in 2 different spots.. dont know why they would go to the trouble of faking it? Was thinking stock photo released too early maybe?Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
Kenneth Denmark
It’s fake.. They have taken the bottom from the drill so they could show the impact driver with a 9.0 The 1-2-3 is missing from the impact Edited March 9, 2019 by Kenneth Denmark
ToolBane
The use of CGI in advertising isn’t all that uncommon in a lot of industries. Probably just a missed detail on a cut and paste job.
