    New impact driver?

Full page of the catalog.. can see the 'new' design in 2 different spots.. dont know why they would go to the trouble of faking it? Was thinking stock photo released too early maybe? Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk

    New impact driver?

Just got a tool catalog in the mail and this impact caught my eye.. no model nunber listed (was shown as a stock photo of a kit). Not seen one with the led by the speed selector. Did some searching and cant find it? Anyone seen it? Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  5. Think you are right. Was curious, and a quick google search turned up this image... looks like it is for the UK power plug? Somewhat bigger than the US plug... Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk
  6. Cheers feel like a dummy now, as I did sorta know that lol. Obvious but forgotten, just excited for some more new tools . Now I've got the flexvolt grinder might do that to my old 20v for cutting down sheet metal. Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  7. No - like a 20v angle grinder but the disc was orientated vertically to the handle.. sorta like if you'd rotated the grinder to cut sheet stock, but the handle and trigger were rotated so your hand sat straight instaed of on the side Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  8. I cant find the photo now (should have saved it) but spotted what looked like a picture of a 20v grinder with a vertical disc? Anyone else see that? Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  9. Some more info on the 20v heater... saw it sitting on the shelf in the TIA live stream, but could have missed it if I blinked. Quick google search threw this up https://www.supplyhog.com/c/heating-ventilation-air-conditioning/heaters/portable-forced-air-heaters-parts/p/dewalt-cordless-propane-forced-air-heater Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
  10. Sidchrome seems to be 12v max, looks like rebranded mac/facom Glue gun here https://elimadenttools.com/products/elim-a-dent-cordless-glue-gun-powered-by-dewalt Also sure I've seen a rivet gun but can't find it now & have some recollection of a greenlee crimper? That ran on 20v max..
  11. Like this? https://www.bunnings.co.nz/dewalt-54v-295mm-alligator-saw-skin_p00329326 Think its europe/aus/nz only?
  12. AvE - rarely dissapoints
  13. I didnt realise Dewalt made a cordless vibrator.. quick google search and it looks like there is a 20v max one now too! (DCE531B). https://www.amazon.com/DEWALT-DCE531B-Pencil-Vibrator-Bare/dp/B01I253U06 Keep finding new 20v max tools I know nothing about.. anyone know of any more?
  14. Didnt realise it had an extra 2" draw good pickup, & certainly makes up for the plastic handles . Think I'd rather have the full metal base than save a few grams of weight though. Have not had a chance to use both mitre adjust levers, but the US one looks better quality. Seems strange they would manufacture 2 versions. Wonder how many other products have subtle or not so subtle differences? I know the Australian version of the spotlight has a lower powered white led in place of the red led...

    Dewalt

Shouldnt those be in a tough system box?
  16. Checked out a local supplier and Australia gets the inferior version too.. would really like to know the reason for the difference as well.
