Mounting screws

I am looking to hard mount my Bosch 1613EVS to my table saw extension.  I need to know the thread size for the three mounting screws that attach the plastic base to the frame.  It is item 54 on the exploded view.  The closest I can come to a match is 4mm x 070 but the tap does not easily go all the way through.  I would like to use flat head screws  to mount the router to the table saw thus utilize the table saw fence as my guide.
