Waylon49 Posted April 25, 2021 Report Share Posted April 25, 2021 I bought a Bosch RH540s Spline Combination Rotary Hammer a few years ago. The hammer function isn't working properly. The jack hammer function only works when I hold the Jack hammer upside down. It stops working as soon as I point the hammer to the ground to break up something. I suspect that it may be an O-ring and am trying to disassemble the machine to find out. The problem that I'm having is that I can't figure out how to remove the tool holder. Does anyone have another reason why the jackhammer would only work upside down or know how to remove the tool holder? The tool has sufficient lubrication but still won't hammer. It would also be helpful if I could find a repair manual, video, or a website that shows me ho to completely take the tool apart. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
