Andrew D
I recently purchased a new Makita palm router with 2x batteries, charger etc. They are all stamped as manufactured in 2017. To me this seems like a long time for batteries to be sitting idle in a warehouse. I am concerned they will not perform/hold charge as they should. Am I worrying about nothing or should I request a refund or exchange for newer stock? Thanks
Mathew123
According to my understanding rechargeable batteries can lose their capacity and go bad if not used for long periods of time. However, I'm not sure since I didn't face this problem myself. I hope someone experienced replies.
