DR99
We are supposed to be getting 8-12 inches of snow between Saturday and Sunday night!!! It's been pretty crazy how much snow we have had so far this year. SE Michigan usually does not get this much snow unlike other areas of the state. firefighter4187
I did my last property of the season today, i have to finish tomorrow. its a big property with a huge retention pond thats dry so i have to mow it. But it did not hit 50 today, it was cold and with the wind it felt like 30s
NicholasShetley
We are supposed to get around the same amount in the same time period here dr99. Our driveway is too big to use a shovel or snowblower so we use our tractor with a blade on it. It works fairly good except it is too light on the front end so you can't plow much or you will go sideways. This time we shouldn't have any ice here but it will be the coldest I have ever seen here (single digits and very windy).
DR99
Yea Nicholas they are talking about single digits to below zero temps with a wicked windchill here too in Michigan.

DR99
I think I'm going to have to change the oil soon because of the amount of use it's had. I usually can get through the snow season before I need to do any sort of maintenance same with the lawn equipment.
Conductor562
I had drifts of damn near 10" up against my garage door. I put the blade on the tractor and cleared it so I didn't end up with a garage full of water. I never worry about a couple inches. But a near foot is a different story.
