Judging from the components, I don't see anything too special inside. You have an off-the-shelf, disposable Johnson can motor without replaceable brushes and only three planets on the first gear reduction of the transmission. Aside from the defond brand switch with external electronics package, the internal build quality appears to be more in line with an entry level tool. Your paying a little more for the battery because it's a 21.6v instead of a true 18v. They have to pack in 12 cells instead of 10.
