Recommendation to replace the motor of the dw621 2hp router

hallo all,

I need a recommendation for the dw621 2hp router

a colleague from the US will move for the next 3-4 years to Germany for work and would like to bring his tools to Germany

the thought and easiest  way is to buy a converter from 110V to 230V, but the different frequencies of US and Germany 60Hz / 50Hz is a little bit more difficult in long term for the motor.

now our idea is simply to replace the motor with the German version, as long as he is here, and if he goes back to the US,

to replace the motor again, can sell here or I'll keep the motor for my DW622 (european version of dw621 )

maybe one can help us if that works and if so, what components we need for the replacement ?
