b19str Posted May 6, 2009 Report Share Posted May 6, 2009 It has to be something with the gearing. These are pretty good drills. Has it been under a lot of load or is this something you have been using on and off and the problem just stared to happen? Is it still under warrenty? It just sounds like the clutch is not engaging.
