raiders
I was wondering what people think about Craftsman power tools. I only read about them from the big corp reviews, I never see small guys review these, why. They have a lot of tools, but don't want to dump money into them if they are no good. Dewalt Guy
There not too bad. They are for the homeowner, but I think the main reason is Sears or Craftsman is so big, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
carp
If one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing, why would I buy their power tools? There customer service is not what it use to be, so my guess is there quality is not what it use to be
gary
I have the C3 for around the house and I like them. No problems. I just don't think they need any of the little guys to spread the word, everyone knows craftsman. I would buy the C3, great set and you can be happy with them raiders. markt
Sears is not what it use to be. Look they sold out to the guy from different strokes. I don't think they care abouot quality or even attempt to show quality. They spend a lot on ads with the big companies and hope they get their messaage across that way. Do they really care about. kotinman
I have owned a Craftsman Drill for a long time and never had any problems. I don't use tools for a living, but I get a lot of use out of the drill.
