madman_us Posted July 6, 2015 Report Share Posted July 6, 2015 most likely he gave the product a bad review/low stars because he couldnt use his coupon again after returning his defective reel.it can always happen that a product has a defect but he just handled the situation wrong....instead of returning the item and money back to the card. he should have "exchanged" it.just grab a new item and the customer service takes care of the stuff...
