The m18 3/8 has an unreal amount of power for its size. I'd definitely pick one up. I used one all the time when I was working at the dealer here.

Thanks guys I really appreciate it!? I'm gonna be honest though i would love to own this i already have 1milwaukee and 3 dewalt impacts so I'm good on impacts at the moment ? I'm gonna give my vote to Nicholas shetley he's been on here for a long time and I know he's been picking up some Red lately. Good luck everyone!
I have been picking up a bunch of red but still don't have an impact driver.

My first pick is definitely the IR. I could definitely get some use out of that.

I have used the newest snap on "high" torque 18v impact wrench and it isn't impressive at all. One of my classmates in tech school had one and there were countless times he had to grab my Milwaukee to get the job done. There is no hiding that the Mikwaukee blows the snap on out of the water in every way. It isn't worth it at the student price and it damn sure isn't worth it at full price.

They did?
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkYeah and I think they just did what you did with your brushless impact driver and swapped the anvil. They didn't give it any extra power like Milwaukee or makita did with their compact impact wrenches. Here is the link to it on the dewalt website. http://www.dewalt.com/en-us/products/power-tools/impact-drivers-and-wrenches/20v-max-xr-38-compact-impact-wrench-bare/dcf890b

Milwaukee is the only tool company that seems to have a full depth of Impact Wrenches.
Its not like it is hard to make a 3/8 impact. Dewalt just released a brushless 3/8 this year. They act like there is hardly any demand or something.

The cylinder pressure tester is at regular price already but the oil and transmission pressure tester is still $40
Never mind they are both $40

I bought my dad an Ingersoll Rand stubby 3/8 impact wrench for Christmas. My grandpa is getting a 12v 3/8 ingersoll Rand impact wrench and a Metabo angle grinder.

They have been backordered since Black Friday as far as I'm aware. I bought one and it took about 10 days to get here. I think they are shipping them from the stores themselves because my local Rural King had a ton of them and they weren't moving at all.

I gave 157 for mine

It's too bad they sold out already. That impact is worth it at full price.

Pretty sweet gift Nick. Don't know anybody that wouldn't be glad to get that for Christmas!
We have a new front and rear end to put in his car this winter so this should help us a bunch. I opened it up to try it out and it is super light plus it is quiet and small too. My grandpa broke his arm a while back and he still doesn't have full strength yet so it should help him out a ton.

Far more affordable? That sucks lol was looking at getting the m18
The m18 is currently on sale for $60 at Home Depot. I have one and I love it. http://m.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M18-18-Volt-Lithium-Ion-Cordless-LED-Stick-Light-Tool-Only-2352-20/205410872

Strange stuff, If you can have 295ft/lbs in reverse, why cant you have 295ft/lbs forward ?
The DTW285 just arrived, what a sexy bit of kit, just waiting on the drill, charger and battery.
It takes far more torque to remove a bolt than it does to put one on.

I don't see that impact having enough power. A lot of times the brake caliper bolts have thread locker on them and can be on there tight. I would reccomend the xwt02z. It will have far more power but it costs more too. This is what I would do.

Almost all of my impact sockets are sunex rebrands and I don't have a single complaint with them. I would highly reccomend them.

I bet you will have trouble keeping tires on it. It seems like any big block car is hard to keep tread on the tires. Still not sure why though.
