I recently bought a Dewalt Flextorq set. They are pretty nice. Been rebuilding my deck and used the set to drive all the screws.

The Wera six piece set is about $28 or so on Amazon. I really like the kraftform handles they use. If you have big hands the Weras are nicer to use in my opinion. You could also consider the ESD ones as they are yellow and black(instead of green and black) like your Dewalt stuff Im a bit OCD about my tools being matching colorations.

Just find some decent high speed steel drills and you will have good luck witht he materials you wanna drill Precision twist drill,rocky mountain twist drills just a couple examples you can research. Not sure i would even want to use a drill from a big box type store,but working in machine shops has made drill access easy for me. Lenox holesaws are very nice,cant say enough good things about mine.

Guess that technically depends what kind of "bits" we are talking about here. Wera = defiantely cream of the crop as far socket bits. Dewalt flextorq seem pretty good too. For drill bits,since i work in a machine shop i wouldnt use anything other than precision or rocky mountain twist drills for regular drills.
