  1. weird i dont get any emails from tool nut anymore - maybe i ihave to sign up again haha
  2. oh well - the exterminator just called and went $50 down onthe price haha
  3. he has this one> http://www.woodcraft.com/Product/149952/Oneida-DIY-Molded-Dust-Deputy-Cyclone.aspx?refcode=10INGOPB&gclid=CP3wu7PexsMCFRRcfgodfgcAow its the normal Oneida Dust Deputy.
  4. you definitely help me to make the right decision. thanks man. ok so the exterminator came buy again with another guy and they located where they coming up. right in that corner where the main damage is. so he said he would drill along the wall in the backyard in the walkway for about $700. i gonna buy the taurus sc 78oz bottle and DIY that project. because it includes a free SDS drill
  5. ya then its way cheaper. but whats the difference between taurus sc and termidor sc ? both contain 9.1% fipronil
  6. thats weird - because when you do easy math it comes up different. Termidor HE , 79 oz bottle , 240-250 linear feet and cost $192 drilling every 18 inches, 2 gallon per 10 linear feet Coverage Area: Termidor HE will make 100 gallons allowing for 2,000 square feet of pre-treat termite control or 240 linear feet of application around the home. Termidor SC , 20 oz bottle , 60 linear feet and cost $57 ( so to cover 240 lin feet you need 4 bottles; 4x$57= $228 ) drilling every 12 inches, 4 gallon per 10 linear feet Coverage Area: Termidor SC 78oz will treat 800 square feet when preforming a pre-construction treatment. Termidor SC 78oz will treat 320 linear feet when preforming a post-construction termite trenching treatment. Termidor SC 20oz will treat 1280 linear feet when applied as a general pest perimeter spray around a structure. oh hold on - i didnt see that you can buy Termidor SC in a 78 oz bottle haha - man that option was tiny. so that bottle cost $180 so the difference is $12 but saves you drilling, trenching and hauling water, right... man for that money i save; i can definitely buy a SDS drill - sweeeet
  7. i have no clue where exactly they are, just in case i go around the hole house + drilling holes where the big damage is. 1700 sq ft house.
  8. ya for $44 i would not hesitate - but its almost double here lol
  9. that would be amazing if you gonna do that. if im correct - ya twice the money but you need less solution on 10 linear feet and its a bigger bottle. Termidor HE - 79oz bottle for around $192 but it gonna cover around 250 linear feet (video says it goes deeper in the ground and less digging / drilling) 2 finished gallon per 10 linear feet Termidor SC - 20oz bottle for around $60 and it cover 60 linear feet (one video on youtube said you need 3-4 bottles for one house) 4 finished gallon on 10 linear feet
  10. yeah i saw that product too. just found a newer product - its called Termidor HE - you need less water and its more efficient. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqKCeGlglZc#t=187
  11. ya i will prolly use the termidor SC what you can buy everywhere and what they gonna use too. i will drill holes in foundation of the garage where i found the actual damage and some active ones plus around the house. ya fipronil is in the termidor. ants is actually not a big deal here
  12. ok the exterminator was here today. first at all he said that those fu**ers are underneath the slab and just come up thru a crack or so in the wall and collect food up in the walls and go back in the nest to feed the others. he has to drill holes in the foundation every 16" with a 1" drill bit and pump termidor in those holes. a long that wall in the garage where i found them + behind the wall in the living room; pulling up the carpet and drill holes too. that will cost around $700. at the end he was not 100% sure about the crack because i opened that wall and he couldnt see anything where they come from. so he was kinda confused and he said he will come back tmw with another co-worker to get a different opinion. but actually i watched some youtube before that guy came out and i informed myself. that process with drilling and pumping in the termidor stuff, man i can do that myself. that termidor stuff cost about $100 a bottle. for that money i gonna buy my own SDS drill and start drilling those holes NEW tool im coming haha. na ok i gonna wait until tmw what he gonna come up with. ill keep ya all posted
  13. i might build one out of a street cone if i find the time before sanding the drywalls - otherwise i gonna buy the mini CV06 from clear vue cyclones for $90
  14. there are not so many models out there. Oneida Dust Deputy ( difference sizes for a small shop vac up to 2 or 3 HP dust collector.) you can get them in plastic or metal. or you go with Clear Vue cyclones - like the CV06 Mini for shop vacs
  15. from Homedepot for $199 http://www.homedepot.com/p/Makita-1-in-SDS-Plus-Rotary-Hammer-with-Free-Grinder-HR2621-GA4530/205859118?cm_mmc=hd_email-_-GRW_A1_X01-_-20150202_JOINPRX_CAT_EMPIX01_L03_2787663-_-hero_tools&et_rid=66820564
  16. i seen that sander too - now clue what they are doing with them
  17. ya for $44 i would def buy it. but the cheapest one here is around $70 + tax. i was also looking at the Clear Vue Cyclone - Mini 06 or something - i like when its clear and you see the stuff flying around
  18. like vinyl banners ? where you wanna put them? and what size?
  19. ya should be here on tuesday. i might gonna start taking down that wall + framing at the end of the week. truck is loaded with all the old drywalls/ pegboards/ OSB. gonna dump that in my friends dumpster on wednesday evening because he has those huge ones. then on thursday i gonna buy the new door and framing material. i can borrow my friends air compressor + framing gun which will def help me so much.
