36 Volt comparison between Makita X2, Bosch 36 volt and Dewalt 36 volt =)
-
All depends on your country yet again.
Makita's 4.0 AH are € 99 here in belgium.
And the 5.0 Ah are about €120.
Belgium's expensive =)
-
Yeah the Makita X2 is only good if you already have some makita tools and thus batteries + a charger
-
Well personal opinions aside... The reviews do show a clear advantage in power/cutting speed and runtime for the Makita.. IF and only If you are okay with having 2 charged batteries on there. The weight difference is so small that having a decent tool balance solves it. Even with batteries installed the Makita X2 is lighter then some corded saws of that capacity.
It's up to what you want to do with it.
Convenience: Milwaukee Fuel
Power speed and runtime: Makita X2

Cool let us know !

Well actually they should be maling a smaller one next to this one. Offer both
And a third one with build in charger

I have seen some of Javier's videos and must have missed that one. The Milwaukee event that Eric and Dan covered has some literature saying that their fuel saw cut way more than the X2 saw which is obviously not the case. I have been very impressed with all of my other fuel tools but I don't think they can compare with the 2 batteries on the Makita.
Well all brands always find a way to make their tool the best in their own testing I wouldn't trust tests made my makita / milwaukee / dewalt /bosch about their own tools

There's a littlebit more to it really
Added bluetooth
Larger higher wattage speakers
Antenna finnaly has a hinge so you can safely "twist" it in a downward position
Digital tuner for better music ( Dont know if that is a thing in America but here in Belgium / netherlands most radio channels send out digitally which gives a better sound quality then the old ' FM ' )
And it was a decent radio to start with

Hello Opcruzer !
Luckily we have the following Tool battle for you !
Made by Javier from Tool Crazy. He also has seperate tool reviews on both Circ saws.
Ultimate power and runtime at this moment is Makita X2 Circ saw
-
Yeah 3.5 kg ! Really hoping that the bulk is going to have a reason and a good tool balance

Been waiting for the cordless brad nailer for a long time now The release of it has been set back a few times
The DHR165 is the older makita DHR162 14 Volts rotary adapted for an 18 volt battery
I do know i'l have customers for these without a doubt
-
May also sees European release of a brushless impact wrench. 250 newton torque.
-
The cordless is very decent Same results as the KP0800 and quite long enough runtime.

Can't be old because 2.0 amp is only out for a year.
Normal charge time should be around 25 Minutes for a 2 amp on a DC18RC.
" if" the batteries were hot then the charger would have cooled them down to a good temp before starting to charge them.
Drain em ( no worries. any tools that had 2.0 amp batteries with them has over discharge protection ) and try charging them again and check the time again.
If problem persist: Take it back to your dealer and have it replaced. Could be a construction mistake
-
Whats the type of charger? Are the batteries Indeed vrry hot when you put them on the charger ?
-
Nice deal ^^ Lovely Planer =)

It's a fun little thing
You can set it to either blow in he back of your neck or more upwards under the hard hat
-
May 2015 sees European release of Bosch brushless impact wrench. Gds 18 v EC.
250 newton torque when setting bolts. 275 newton releasing them
-
Yeah people who try out barrel grip for the first time are hooked to it
-
Yeah since its an impact you Can pretty Much hold it in 2 fingers and it will screw in without any problem you do not have to apply any pressure nor will the bit strip out
Nog the strongest/ fastest impact since it it angled but it gets the work done ^^

Here in belgium the Makita demo vans have had their stickering removed. They are now completly black and anonymous.
Half a year ago one of those vans was stopped and robbed and the Makita Rep guy had a gun to his head to keep him down on the ground while his whole van got robbed.
Makita's Belgium reaction was to remove all stickers/lettiering/stickers from the vans.
