    It may be to brag about the runtime when they compare their 9.0ah (actual 9.3ah) to let's say Milwaukees 9.0ah (if that is the actual ah rating) they may get a couple of cuts more with a recip saw or circular saw. Car manufactures have done this in the past, lowered the actual hp rating equal to others and get better acceleration times on paper. This is just my speculations.

  4. What is your go to tape measure?

    I have a couple of Tajima and Komelon tape measures. Both good value for the money. I never pay extra for a one with strong housing because that's never the cause of a broken unit for me, it's the ends that often break or it gets jammed up from rain water and sand/dirt in my cases.

    Don't think it would be a grinder unless it's 7", because there are already cordless grinders, so they wouldn't be worlds first.

    I doubt that any of the tools themselves are the #worldsfirst. I think they just bring them along "the big surprise". But that's just my guess

    Of and one more thing....the OP was just passing information along. There was no mod action taken against the OP, he was just passing along information he saw. Unfortunately because of the earlier issue with the stolen tool, we have to clean up any unapproved information releases. Just wanted to make that very clear! Thanks guys, Chris!

    Hey Chris, I hope that I'm not crossing the lines when posting pictures of the tools that are shown in their own videos. If so please let me know or Dewalt can tell me to back off themself. I'm just so excited for the release ?

  11. Thinking of starting to invest in the M12 lineup.

    Yup that is my exact plan. I already have the Dewalt 20v tools. So I want to get the 12 volt stuff for smaller around the house stuff. Just ordered that kit from HD for $99 to get me started. 

    I'm also on the Dewalt 20v max line but went with m12 for a couple of tools that Dewalt did not live up to or did not have in their 12v line. Tools I love in the m12 line is the fuel rotary hammer drill, 3/8 ratchet, rotary tool, led lantern and fuel 1/2 impact wrench.

    Aah another hole in the wallet, found it on sale yesterday and couldn't resist. So far it looks like a damned good tool. I was happy that I could fit a set of short sockets as well as a set of deep sockets in the soft case along with the tool and charger

    Hah. Cool that they get into the smart phone market. Not that impressive specs but maybe they evolve later on. Wonder who will make the phones for them, not that surprised if it's the same company that makes the phones for cat.
