  1. Looks Awesome!  I just invested in everything needed for resin casting.  Pressure Pot, Vacuum Chamber, Vacuum Pump, Mould Making Silicon, Dyes, Powders, Allumilite and other miscellaneous goodies.

However, I just don't plan on making pens, but lately I have been making a bunch of twig pots, vases, and threaded boxes out of wood, and thinking I will be able to make some cool "hybrid" blanks with resin and wood.

Since I was just "relieved" of my employment, I am going to spend the winter months enjoying time in the workshop, before I have to go back to the daily grind lol.

  2. So sorry Brother, that I did not see this post in time, to send my well wishes and prayers. I am so relieved to hear, your health is on the mend.  I have to be honest, when I read Eric's original post, I thought the worst, and was immediately angry some scumbag did this to you. Not to take away from what you are going through, but I have been having a weird pain in my lower (front, back and side) on my right side of body, and been to a "specialist" and they said they can not find anything. Now I am motivated to get a 2nd and even 3rd opinion.

Thank You for being there for me, when I was going through a couple rough patches in my life, and if there is anything I can do, please feel free to reach out.

No we did that for fun. Man I hope I did say I recommended it. Will have to watch the video. My money would be with the Ryobi. We were just having some fun

HA HA, I know you did Eric, but Dan sold it well :D. I do think Ryobi is KNOCKING it out of the park with their platform, for the homeowner.  Ryobi is SECOND to (NONE) when it comes to variety of tools, they have everything, and I recommend Ryobi to folks that ask what they should invest in, for their home tool kit.

  4. Was the latest video reviewing the Air Hawk, a late April fools joke? I realize I been in a crappy mood lately, losing my job and all, but shilling the Air Hawk? Come on boys, what's going on over at the TIA compound? Can you honestly recommend this product to the CREW? Or a crew member looking to get a Christmas gift for a loved one? On the other hand, Dan is looking super, fit and trim!

  5. Love and Respect SawStop technology, BUT (hate) the company, and their ethics. I'm in a predicament, I want to replace my Grizzly table saw, that was sold to me, under false pretenses, knowing there was a issue with it, and later sending me out a "FIX". Do I purchase a SawStop, knowing they are kind of a "scum" company, but like the technology, or do I purchase from LAGUNA, a company that I respect?

Honesty, the majority of the time, I have the blade guard on, unless I am doing a dado, or a half lap.

All I know is, I will NEVER purchase another tool from Grizzly!

  7. Good Day Crew!

Before hearing about my position being eliminated, I bought a couple new toys for the WigWag Workshop.  One of them being the Laguna DB12|6 Disc/Belt Sander.  This thing is a BEAST!  I am working on a review, has I have not seen any out there for this machine.

  8. And........ She has moved from dollar store crafts to using tools...  Seriously though, pretty cool Eh! I’m guessing, a consumable purchase in our future.  Blades, sandpaper, glue, and other assorted goodies.

  9. Good Day Crew!

Thank God for my Grandson! No matter how much life kicks me in the ass, I am blessed to spend time with my little buddy in the workshop. Not only in the workshop, but spending time with him playing Lego, Matchbox Cars, Slot Cars, and General tom foolery lol.
