  1. Just done an eBay search and it seems bishoptools now stock these. So they are starting to hit the market. I'm desperate now, any European update anyone?
  2. I'm waiting on these to hit the European market. Was operating three tools on two batteries all last week
  3. both saws are great, was running for new batteries quicker than expected but suppose there was a lot of cutting
  4. it's getting finished in lead. Thanks Chris
  5. Being a real long time since I done a roof of any description so thought I'd have real trouble with this one. Turned out easier than I imagined. My new makita cordless circ saw and jigsaw got a real workout
  6. I have the Makita. Found it way cheaper than the dewalt on ebay. 479 with 2 batteries 5ah and vacuum
  7. May not be everyone's way of looking at things but when I'm buying anything I always go for the newest models.
  8. Reisser screw I see. Are they used in the U.S or are you in Europe. Big here in Ireland the last few years. Spax have become harder to find
  9. don't think there carbide tipped. It's the trend snappy flip and drive set.
  10. Has anyone ever sharpened these bits I've included in the pic. I'm not really sure how there done if someone could link a video maybe. It's just the countersink part that I'm looking to do. I've already replaced the pilot bit. Thanks
  11. Yes the 886 is excellent, it's hard to imagine there are even far more superior impacts on the market.
  12. I've the dtd148 on my watchlist on ebay. I'm tempted to buy. But there's so many other things I'm more in need of. 23 gauge pin gun is next
  13. Today I received a makita dtd129 in the post I had ordered online for a friend. I recommended this impact driver having never used it but because I've been so impressed with my recent makita purchases of brushless jigsaw, circular saw and sds. So I decided to do a quick toolfight when he arrived to pick it up and pitted it against my dewalt dcf886, we drove some 80mm x 5mm screws into an old damp railway sleeper and the dewalt absolutely smoked it. I'm not too sure how the specs compare on these 2 drills but is there anything in the specs that justify these results.
  14. Wera are great. I have the set with steel cap for hammering paint out of screw heads etc. I also use there impaktor bits, I've probably put over 3000 screws in with the pz2 and not showing any sign of wear
  15. Is it released yet, and are the clear top organiser and open top box due out also?
  16. it's available in europe a while. I've it on my watchlist on ebay. Probably be one of my next purchases
  17. Used to be a huge cd and did buyer. Nowadays I only purchase bluray but not films just nature and other docs. I'd watch them over and over especially Attenboroughs stuff
  18. Any sign of these selling yet. I've new tools that need batteries
  19. Is this valid in ireland
  20. It's makpac type 3. I'm not sure if it will fit in the smaller case. If your buying the case you will more than likely need to order the plastic insert for the type of tool going in it. I've seen a few sites that do these
  21. dull blades will lower rpm which is most likely the problem
  22. How many teeth has your blade and what brand
