  1. I will put them all to test next week. Didn't even know the circular saw came with an adapter for the guide rail. That's a nice bonus because I already have the plunge saw and guide
  2. Have the Makita brushless sds jigsaw and circ saw in the post. Can't wait for them to arrive. I've read great things about all three.
  3. Good stuff Dwain. Reviews for that sds are scarce or non existent
  4. Have you a transformer mounted into a tough box? Nice set up, more tools than I imagined a locksmith would need.
  5. I look forward to using the saw. I have a big flat roof coming up where it's gonna come in handy no more dragging cables
  6. Thanks man, think the dga455 grinder won't be long following these three tools.
  7. So in search of brushless tools that dewalt didn't offer I've found myself buying into makita. My Dhr243 is on route to be followed by the dhs680 and djv181 whenever postage cost is set by seller.I went for the sds with charger and batteries and circular saw and jigsaw bare tool as that was the cheapest way I could combine them. Also just went with two batteries in the hope the new ones with fuel gauge will arrive soon. And I know dewalt have a brushless sds but couldn't find a single review on it so that's why I've went with the Makita one and for what the dewalt was costing bare I found the Makita with 2 5ah batteries vacuum charger and case for about 100 extra
  8. Possible, it's just a tight space to fit your hand. I'm wondering would I be able to get in at one of them
  9. http://www.partshopdirect.co.uk/dewalt-screwspecial-p590911-01/ That's the part I believe is broke
  10. Let me know what you find BigMike. Thanks
  11. So I bought the dws780 and stand a couple of months back and after only a handful of uses I was packing it away today and I noticed the black plastic tighteners used for attaching the height adjusters to the extending arms of the stand were both cracking and falling apart where the screw threads in. I haven't been overly tightening or anything, I take it there just poor quality, has any one else had this problem and replaced them with something superior.
  12. Try multitoolworld for blades. Based in Holland, cheap and just as good as dewalts at less than half the price
  13. I believe she actually murdered someone for real after filming the wire
  14. Got to use mine for the 1st time this week although I purchased it 3 months ago, just hadn't the work for it till now. Worked a treat installing a flatroof.
  15. Or worse CM Punk, there was a video of him training recently and his bag work looked so bad but I'm sure he will be giving someone he's a high chance of beating for his debut
  16. I'm a conor mcgregor fan, I'm also Irish and don't live too far from his home town. I personally can't bare watching him in interviews or just talking in general but I think he's an excellent fighter and backs up the trash talk. I'm also not on social media of any sort so don't know too much about how his fans go on, most them have no clue about the ufc I'd imagine anyway and only jumped on board the hype train conor brought to Ireland
  17. true, I'm not really a fanboy of any brand. I'm more of a brushless fanboy, I've bought all of dewalts brushless tools now moving onto what makita have brushless that dewalt hadnt
  18. Price difference isn't much different in here in Ireland. Every brand is over priced here so we only got to fork out an extra 100 or so on festool products
  19. All beautiful kitchens but I prefer the lighter coloured units over the dark. Not too sure about that unit with the step down to a lower counter top. Be handy for children I suppose
  20. So jealous of yous guys having home depot. Never find a good deal in Ireland. I've to order online all the time just to get tools at a reasonable price never mind cheap
  21. We need to put one guy from each tool line in a cage armed with there cordless circular saw and have a fight to the death. Only way we can end this argument
  22. Strangely enough I was at a big tool show a couple months back and every big brand was there except makita. Found it odd that they didn't show up considering there one of the biggest brands in Ireland, I definitely see a lot more of them than milwaukee or bosch. I'm about to buy in makita this week with the sds brushless, for the price I found it on eBay with 2 5ah batteries, charger, case and the dust extraction accessorie, it's only costing about 100 more than the bare tool dewalt dch274.
