Yeah man that's a lot of posts! I can see how you can rack them up pretty quickly though. It's easy to get sucked into some of these threads! I like that there is a good mix of serious conversation mixed some humor. I'm a member of a large musicians forum and if you don't think or feel like someone else people are just down right dicks to you. This is either a well moderated forum or tool lovers are just a lot cooler than musicians! Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
Chris you are probably a good one to ask then about Festool. I have never had the opportunity to work with any of their tools but have heard everything they make is quality. I am wondering if there is a discernible difference in accuracy and quality of cuts or is it more about the proprietary system integration that drives the cost up? Just curious why they are pricier than other brands. Thanks for any info.Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
I haven't been able to find ethanol free fuel close enough to home to make it worth a trip for me. I have mainly been running the Echo fuel premixed with their red armor oil in the Shindaiwa and echo. They seem to run fine but are pretty new so I haven't had to open the engines yet to get a look at things and see how things are wearing. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
I was tempted to try the festool. I just don't know if for what I am going to use it for I can justify the difference in the price.Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
I think you should have gotten Eric's key and turned them into a set of Milwaukee earrings...for the fashionable woman that loves a good tool!Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
Man when I was in college you couldn't give a PBR away. Now I go to a concert and that's all everyone is drinking. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
Surely they will eventually bring this to the US, but I couldn't find anything on if and when they will. Anyone have any connections to find out? Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
I like the idea of not having to add stabilizers over winter. We just moved and our new yard is about half the size of the old one so I don't burn fuel like I used to. I like that these last so much longer than buying 5 gallons of gas and wasting it if I don't use it all. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
Have any of you been running the canned premix 50:1 fuel like the trufuel? I have a couple cans I've been using in my handheld leaf blower, but haven't run much through to get any feel for long term. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
