Nice.
No worries on the time, just plan everything out and save the money while you're waiting.

My wife is getting double duty.
Breakfast - Waffles with Strawberry's and whipped cream with Hash Browns and Sausage. Washed it down with some Mimosa's.
Dinner - Lasagna with Garlic Bread and probably a couple of more Mimosa's.
Dessert - Strawberry Shortcake.

Thank you sir, still work ahead to do.
Gonna work on some electrical coming up in the next few weeks. My dads good friend is an electrician,he is gonna help me tone wires so i know for sure what is going where. The wiring in this house is done kinda wierd and im fairly sure I can open up several legs in the panel,so i can send them to the garage. Which means I will have enough to run whatever i want in the future and not worry about frying everything,we just got a big ole spool of 10 gauge for a project at my old mans house. Im hoping to make at lest an 80 amp run to the garage, and get some lighting and such going.
Once i get that done I can get my screen setup in there to watch ball games and such, and get some shelving started. And i defo need to build a workbench.
80 amps. I'm very jealous. My garage has a 20 amp service going to it.
You can never have enough electrical capacity in your shop.

That came out totally bitchin' brother. Having privacy is nice,I dont understand why they dont build fences back east much.
The front of our property is enclosed in with a wall of bushes and large trees,I love seeing a sea of green when i go outside.
Thanks!
My brother has the same type of greenery walls over at his house in the backyard. It's nice.
We've been hesitant to put up a fence, but the last 2 tenants in the rental house have changed our minds.
Luckily it's been vacant since December, so it's been a welcome relief.

Looks awesome, I have never heard of Hydroseeding before, but it looks like it was money well spent!
Hands down it's money well spent. You get consistent coverage and no need to worry about birds eating the seed because of the mulch and binding agent.
We love the results so much we've decided to strip the grass around the front and sides of the house in the fall.
It currently looks like a salad bar. Lol

That lawn came in real nice and green, keep up with fertilization to keep it that way and dandelion free!
Thanks!
I put down some starter fertilizer and a treatment of Milorganite a couple of weeks ago and with a straight week of rain has really helped to jump start it.
I've had a couple of dandelions. I quickly dug them up and sent them packing.

Update
After a long winter and cold spring, the lawn finally kicked in and began to really get established in the past 2 weeks. I broke out the mower on Saturday and mowed it for the 1st time. Felt pretty good.
Next phase will be installing the fence. Target day is Memorial Day Weekend. Hoping for good weather,

The price point on this doesn't make any sense. It's going to be close to $700 with tax for a box that is smaller than the current offerings.

I would buy the Dewalt on the fence alone.

Great job. The biggest challenge is too get everyone to remember and adopt the storage techniques.

Sweet. When can we come over and hang out on the boat?

That's odd. But as a general rule, I never use an impact to go to final torque. I've always used a torque wrench.

I have the Husky clone as well. I managed to grab one before they completely disappeared.
I think what happened is that there was an initial agreement between HD and CA to sell the Husky clone. However HD decided to reduce the price even though the CA version was available on the HD site at a 30% increase. So with HD essentially undercutting the price and offering both products online from the HD site. I believe CA pulled the agreement and this is why the offering was so short lived.
