Just a food/grease buildup. Before going to rent a larger snake, I messed around with the little ridgid I picked up and finally broke it loose after about 15 minutes of working it. I was just about to give up when it finally pushed through.

I really should update my family photo as well. I've gotten a lot more red since I last took a pic. My drains seem to be well pitched with no sharp turns so hopefully I won't have any problems!

Sounds like you need to fab your own hook Jimbo! Maybe even just add a medium size carabiner on top.

mThanks for all the help guys. I was able to clear the drain and I'm glad I listened and put an old towel down as I pulled some nasty crap outta there. Went straight into the trash afterwards! I think I'm gonna go pick up a new garbage disposal now. They seem pretty straightforward to install on my own.

I use Whiteside bits and buy them as I need them as they're pricey. I would recommend NOT buying a cheap set as you'll more than likely regret it, and you won't even use half of them.

So how exactly does one make a warranty claim? I would like to have my Gen 1 Fuel Hammer Drill/Driver looked at because it makes a nasty sound when I realease the trigger.

I removed both traps on the double sink and both were perfectly clear. I looked at HD and saw that I can't rent a larger snake for about $30 so that's what I'll do tomorrow if I can't get it when my little Ridgid.

Picked this up earlier to try to help unclog my kitchen sink that backed up on the ol lady this morning. No luck plunging, cleaning the traps or snaking it. I'm not quite sure what to do now. Don't wanna deal out the cash for a plumber to come look at it so I'll mess around with it again tomorrow to see if i can get er done.

I need to stop coming around here. I just ordered the 2369 and the M18 power source. I probably won't use an M18 in the hoodie as it will probably be uncomfortable but I will use it for charging stuff!

Ah nevermind..the higher number means it comes with a battery.

So what did they do to update these? Looking at the 2368 & 2369 and I'm wondering what they could have possibly done to justify the extra $40?

I've recieved 3 emails so far. One that they recieved the order, one that the order is being processed, and one that its been completed. These guys sure love sending emails! Hopefully the next one tells me it shipped and has tracking info. Did they give you tracking info that works yet Chris? Just wondering what the ETA is.
