  3. Picked up these nice little lanterns at HD for 5 bucks, they slide down for storage and can be dimmed by holding the button down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I have socket rails in mine, what are you guys doing with your inserts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Great way to recycle dude but electric motors + magnets aren't always the greatest idea, that could be really good for some hand tools though, maybe the handle of hammer or to put on the inside of a plastic toolbox, I'm sure it's strong enough to attract through the walls. 6. Pretty decent price Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I had to pull myself away before I bought them all, all I see is clearance drills, waiting for some cordless saws to clear out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. You can have a fuel line that goes directly to the tank. We retrofitted a Chevy pick up into a light truck unit. We had it professionally done but when we mounted the generator they ran a fuel line and small pump into the gas tank, they used some sort of euphonium get device in the tank. Sounds expensive but it's an option. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Makitas are nice man, personally I use red and yellow but if the Makita will work for you to for it, it's not like your switching to something that's going to let you down. If your anything like me when you get something stuck in your head you want, it'll drive you crazy until you get it. Thing I like about Makita is their 2x18v line they have. It's a great idea and I think we'll see some cool stuff in the future. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. That would be nice to have them on the tool and the battery, I Kiel the Dewalt set up because the fuel gauge lets me check the battery level before I throw it in the tool. I wonder if Makita will try to develop something Bluetooth next like Dewalt and Milwaukee have. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Same thing I have two Dewalt brushless drills, one a hammer drill, I'd love to pick up the Fein but I can put that money towards something I could use more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Not familiar with Makita cordless, I have Dewalt and Milwaukee which either have battery or tool indicators, does Makita have anything on the tool or is this the first Makita battery to have indicators? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Yea I think it was on sale, good to see that Dewalt is shipping with the tough case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I have seen various Milwaukee M12 clearance. M12 copper tubing cutter - $91 M12 speaker/drill combo - $91 M12 jigsaw - $75 Dewalt Jigsaw dropped from $169 to $109 M18 hammer drill and impacts were on clearance. Clearing for gen 2 I would assume. Keep your eye out they have been making a lot of changes for Christmas tools so hopefully we will see some good deals in the future. Thanks for starting this thread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. True stuff man. As I firefighter dealing with rescues like this is a difficult and timely process. Just because a fire tuck and ambulance arrived on scene doesn't mean they can make the rescue. Many times for something like this, known as a high angle rescue, requires a special team known as technical rescue teams (TRT). Usually TRT is a combined team from different communities and takes time to assemble and get proper equipment. With that in mind don't be afraid to wear your safety equipment, guys make poke fun of you but what is the cost? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. When I buy anything with a blade on it, the first thing I do is throw the one out on it. Jimbo Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  23. I've heard of construction sites where people sneak in and cut all of the copper tubing out. It's a real thing to consider on the site. Jimbo Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  24. I'm down for threads for HD, I shop their the most Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
