Used my B&D jigsaw, Dremel mult-max and Ridgid brushless 18V compact hammer drill to cut out a fairly square hole in my bathroom subfloor under the toilet.

Just picked up some Makita gold bits the other day at HD. It's a 21 piece set with a magnetic bit holder for 13 bucks. Haven't used them enough to recommend them but the price was right.
