  1. I agree. It really comes down to the difference if you need the insulation. If you need it...you need it. But if you don't the twinforce hinge is fantastic and is a superior tool because of it.
  2. You got it. Do you mind PM'ing me to let me know your order #s? It would saving me digging through the pile. Ill swag you out too for your trouble.
  3. Like where your head is at but the 20% off plus the 10% would make my kids go hungry on the holidays. Besides the promotion for the Wera, Felo, Wiha, and Gedore items are probably the best you will find anywhere...ever. The Gedore item is freaking ridiculous. The deal they shot us on them was amazing (70% off). This is actually what Im giving as a Christmas present to my dad. https://www.kctoolco.com/black-friday/
  4. Pretty much the only fear of "limited time only" stuff is the wera advent calendar and the wera kraftform kompakt christmas screwdriver. We will run out of these permanently this Black Friday weekend. https://www.kctoolco.com/wera-135997-advent-calendar-2016/ https://www.kctoolco.com/wera-135909-kraftform-kompakt-christmas/
  5. Dang! I didnt get the order number until today. Your order flew yesterday. I owe you some swag. Hit me up with a email or a PM when you order. ryan@kctoolco.com
  6. What is your order#? I will swag you out.
  7. Interesting topic. The strength of fasteners was shit back then. Phillips being designed to cam-out so as not to destroy the fastener was pretty smart for the time. Why we have freaking stayed with Phillips after fasteners strength improvement is the big question. PS I would never bet on a Ford.
  8. It has to do with the Robertson color scheme (color referring to tip size) that old man Robertson came up with. I think Wera added a second contrasting color to it because of the two component handle. I have never completely understood it myself. Look under Robertson head for more info. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_screw_drives#Robertson
  9. Yeah that does sound right. I think Orbis also used to make them for Felo. The problem is Felo has discontinued their pliers division. They are still on their website and maybe even in the print catalog but they aren't selling them going forward. We have tried to get their remaining stock exported out of Germany but they are holding on to them. Maybe trying to turn them into collectors items like beanie babies, furbys, pokemon cards...
  10. Little off topic...but a kick ass wera mug is up for give away on our IG account. kc_tool check us out.
  11. Heck yeah it is. It is a sweet little set. I bought it myself.
  12. It is ridiculous. I couldn't believe it when i looked it up. I have the wiha myself but the felo is flat better.
  13. It is a beast. 575 inch lbs or approximately 47 foot lbs of torque.
  14. This is probably what @JimboS1ice is referring to. It is actually the one I have. I do prefer the Felo because of the angled head. As @BMack37 said it is very small. I almost forget how small they are until we have a special on one. https://www.kctoolco.com/wiha-38060-mini-bit-ratchet-and-clicfix-set-with-phillips-2/
  15. C'est la vie. Ball is in their court.
  16. First two of those are us. Probably the only PG rated sites there. Remember...your wife will check your browsing history.
  17. We would love to. They turned us down about a year ago. We were ready to make a sizable monetary commitment. They weren't interested. Oh well... I can respect it. They seem like good folks. Hit them up directly, if you want, and tell them you would love to buy NWS from KC Tool. We would love to sell them. They are a great brand.
  18. Love this! That is awesome. Do work. Yeah!
  19. Message me your name and address and Ill get them out to ya!
  20. You got it man! My pleasure.
  21. Welcome to the forum. Your tv looks as old as you are.
