  1. I wish more people would use the One-Key app. They don't need One-Key tools to use it for inventory control and organization. Even just installing the app and never using it for your own tools still lets it help other people find their missing or stolen tools. I think a lot of people don't use it because they think One-Key is a fad and won't last. I believe at NPS16 they mentioned that one guy was able to recover over $20,000 worth of stolen tools because of it. I'm sitting on about $10,000 worth of Milwaukee tools and I know I would be devastated if they were stolen. I'm sure most trades people / companies would feel the same way. If every contractor and trades person took 2 minutes to install it on their phones there would be a nice size network to help get the tools back if they're stolen. I think a lot of the problem is people not being able to justify the price difference between the One-Key and non One-Key models. I wish Milwaukee made a One-Key enabled M18 or M12 power source. I can see people spending $50 for a One-Key power source if it meant they had a chance to get their tools back if they were stolen. Actually I'm going to go suggest that to Milwaukee. 2. Along with the person that designed the box for the Milwaukee M-Spector. Getting a 9' metal camera cable wrapped just perfectly so the lid closes is the reason I don't use my M-Spector often. At least with power cables they're flexible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. That's basically why I went with the Milwaukee over some of the other brands 10" saws. My garage has all of the outlets on one 20amp breaker and I didn't want to worry about tripping it every time I used the saw and vacuum at the same time. The dust bag isn't great but surprisingly it did collect a fair bit of dust. I'm hoping once I get a miter station and dust collection set up it improves it. Though I did finally find a use for the little M18 blower. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I hate introducing myself because I'm really bad at it. Hi I'm Justin. I just started following TIA in June when they were at the ISN Tool Dealer Expo. I am a Milwaukee fan but I don't discriminate on brands. I have my eye on a few Bosch and Makita cordless tools as well as a couple of DeWalt corded items. I'm a project manager/owner of a web development company. Prior to that I worked for a tool and fastener distributor which is where my love of tools came from...plus the free tools were nice. I've just recently decided to take up woodworking and metalworking after watching a lot of videos on YouTube the last 6-8 months and deciding it looked fun (and useful). Ideally I would like to get out from behind a computer all day every day to be able to make things all day and only spend an hour or two on the computer. Lets see what else... I'm currently renovating (as much as I physically can) my grandparents old house after years of it being neglected by family. Hopefully I can do most of the work myself besides the electrical and plumbing. I also have a dog. See? I told you I was bad at it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. My brother was nice enough to get me a Milwaukee Surge since I've been eyeing it ever since they were announced. I ended up hitting up Acme Tools website last night with the money I received. $175 later I have the following items headed my way. Dead On Tools Utility Pouch Milwaukee PH2/SQ2 Double Ended Bit Milwaukee SQ2/T25 Double Ended Bit Milwaukee 2PC Demolition Screwdrivers w/ Steel Caps 8" Black Cable Ties (100pk) Southwire GFCI Receptacle Tester Southwire Autoranging Multimeter Southwire Compact Stripper/Cutter Southwire SIMPULL Fish Tape 100' I'm going to see why everyone on Instagram is fawning over Southwire like they are the best thing in the world.
