  1. Eric, that's a great idea!!! You could hold a TIA Crew meet up nearby and create a YouTube toolathon or even have each guy test a different tool, head to head faceoffs, etc. DO IT!
  2. Awesome rid man...nothing can stop the 22re runner. Never sell her. One day I'll get my hands on one
  3. I'd give up my left nut for either a 22re Hilux or 4-Runner from down south. Almost had my hands on one last year from Nevada on ebay but I was outbid at the last second....
  4. If anyone didn't already know - Milwaukee now owns the Empire level company. There products should now be very similar in construction. I love Milwaukee but I think they could lower there pricing on the levels a tad. 5. Sorry your going through this man....BUT in recent news a driver-less Uber car ran a redlight in San fran during its debut. Uber says it was 'human error' but we all know instances like this will happen more and more as time goes on. People will regret this technological shift at some point. Heres the youtube vid....it happens at 0:09sec
  6. Nice, thanks man! I'm sure I'll be seeing you around here btw nice avatar...Im a Milwaukee fan for life
  7. Sunday had to do a cooling system overhaul on my 94' K2500. Noticed she was overheating and saw that the water pump was leaking thru the weep hole constantly. Normally I would've grabbed my toolbox and use wrenches and pneumatics to get it done but couldn't get in the garage. So went right for my new milwaukee m18 tools. Holy hell did they save me a TON of time. Went from a 6hr job to a 3-4hr job which made me grin ear to ear. Picked up a 2763-20 M18 Fuel 1/2" impact w friction ring last night because I felt so confident in these tools. Never thought I'd be switching my pneumatics to cordless.... cant even imagine battery powered tools 10yrs from now
  8. New to the forum but not TIA... Here's my Xmas loot from my GF....Almost cried when I woke up to this Not shown here is the 2763-20 Milwaukee M18 Fuel 1/2" Impact driver with friction ring I picked up from HD last night....new fav toy for sure
  9. Hi TIA Crew, I'm a long time tools in action social media subscriber but I'm new to the forums. Little bit about myself: I'm a custom millwork & metal fab engineer for a small company in MA that designs, builds, and installs high end projects. I've completed tons of projects for: baseball, hockey, and football stadiums...Airport restaurants and kiosks...College dining halls and servery's....Hotels and Restaurants. (Ex: Fenway Park, TD Garden, Comerica Park, Reagan National Airport, New Orleans Int Airport, Columbia University, Harvard University and many more). I may be the engineer but I also love to use my hands, when I'm not using CAD I have a impact driver or Mig Welder in my hand. If you want it done right you gotta do it yourself . Also a car-guy --- I have a 72' Plymouth Roadrunner 340 4bbl. Let me know what your tearing the streets up with. Anyways, psyched to jump aboard the forum! -Tyler
