If they stack up would like to hear more about them

I love the way we call things different names on either side of the pond and how in the U.S you say a 2" X 4" timber where we say a 4" X 2" timber.
It keeps us all on our toes

Like Brother PutnamEco I am built like a brick outhouse at 17 stone and more Van Dame than Edam I need very heavy duty ladders but these do look cool.
-
Over here in the U.K they have a very bad reputation for battery problems.

What is it that you want to buy?
And what country are you in?
We may then be able to advise you.

Battery problems have made me avoid Makita.

They have problems and start to flash red and green.
Also many batteries go down with the same 2 cells dropping out to zero Volts making them useless.
-
No worries
-
If you drop them an e-mail I am sure they will answer your question.
But I was under the impression it was 22mm maximum.

Sanders are one tool that I prefer corded.
But if you have the battery platform already it may be worth giving it a go if you really need to be without a cable dangling about.

I recommend if you want the hole dead level through the wall to set up a laser level to the side of your intended hole set dead on centre, then as you drill keep the horizontal beam running down the centre of your drill bit as you drill and hey presto you have a laser accurate level hole through your wall.
-
Certainly going to have a go at freeing it off and see how it goes like you say.
The drill is not mine I found it under a pile of other water damaged stuff down there, but there is also a Dewalt planer down there drying out as we speak and will see if this can be saved as well.
-
God bless all and lets hope no more people get hurt.

Looks very good.
Just make sure your power drill is up to the job, and that it has a clutch in case the drill snags up with dust because believe me that can hurt.
