DPSElias
Well this make my decision easier! been looking for a 12in miter and it being cordless might help me jump to Flexvolt over Milwuakee.....

Stercorarius
They must have finally had enough to start shipping out the preorders and thought, "uh-oh we cant just start getting people their orders now can we? Get rid of them all and do it fast before we have to fulfill our end of the deal."

I guess you could just use it as a replacement for the 780 and add batteries later if you wanted to go on the road.

Yep this is what I was thinking, it having the power adapter is huge in my opinion, and if they made a 60V adapter then I think this line will be hard to beat as they will always be relevant. I think these larger power cordless should all have this adapter option.
RickyMcGrath
Or just buy the full kit from Home Depot for $479 with competitor coupons.

My depot doesn't really take competitors coupons. I can sometimes get them to take a physical Lowes 10% off, but it's a real hassle and no way will they ever take a HF20. JMG
I posted this more because of the clearance status than the price point they gave it.
