TeeWithey
I have the flexvolt Dewalt circular saw; model number DCS576T2. The blade is on the right side as seems to be the norm with most saws these days and I grew up using a left side blade saw and now all the new more powerful models seem to be the opposite side which is a pain for me as I can’t achieve the same finish as quick for cuts as the blade is in the wrong side for my preference and certain things just take longer now, it’s like starting all over again. Does anyone know if they will ever make the left side blades in more powerful models because the current right side blade doesn’t suit me at all unfortunately. ToolBane
Dewalt’s had a brushless blade-left for quite some time and it’s pretty well-respected: https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-20-Volt-MAX-Cordless-Brushless-6-1-2-in-Circular-Saw-Tool-Only-DCS565B/314001465 But if that is insufficient for you, their Flexvolt is quite possibly the strongest cordless circular saw on the market: https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-FLEXVOLT-60-Volt-MAX-Cordless-Brushless-7-1-4-in-Wormdrive-Style-Circular-Saw-Tool-Only-DCS577B/303623661 It’s not an actual worm-drive, but per some online reviews it outperforms some saws that actually are.

I've had this saw for about four years. It's a beast! I don't use it as regularly as I do my Fuel, MultiVolt, or X5 saws due to the heft, but when there's a lot of heavy cutting to be done, the FlexVolt wins the day!
