Based on the videos I have seen on YouTube I can clearly say that this tool will not come to EU/UK market at all and the reason is that you do not need to depress the tip in order for it to fire. 

I have used a Makita one for a few minutes, quite small and well made (Made in Japan) and I don't think it would work if you don't depress the tip. 

In this video you can see it. 

So, guys from EU / UK do not wait for DeWALT pin nailer. I doubt DeWALT would make another model for EU market.
