I see a replacement pad at amazon but wonder if it different than factory I can see the DeWALT one looks very similar to that and the screw holes match as well but you better ask Stanley black and decker or you can purchase one for DeWALT 1/4 sander sheet from Amazon and return it if it is not going to work for you. The DeWALT one has the velcro. I saw a photo on Esty, a 3D print vacuum adapter for this sander, these velcro sandpapers are more expensive and better to use a vacuum with it so the dust does not stick to the sandpaper.
