hudelaza
Hi Members! I bought a Stanley drill for second hand. It was taken apart, cleaned, but I can't solve the next problem. When I use the drill in second (fastest) speed, when I release the drilling button, it hit back with noise. Has anybody idea what is it? How can I solve it? Very big thanks if help me! Here is a video about the problem: https://filetransfer.io/data-package/efoOmGpo#link
Eric - TIA
I don't see the video but I do know that is common. I have a Dewalt (not sure the model but it's their bigger drill). When I release the trigger, it all most sounds like metal on metal or a thump. I have seen it a lot with Dewalt so I am guessing it's the way they are made. But without seeing the video, not sure.
hudelaza
Hi Eric! Thanks for the answer. I think, you write same problem, like mine. So you think is it ok?
Eric - TIA
I do but again hard to tell without hearing or seeing. I just know some Dewalt drills have that clank sound when you take your finger off the trigger. Not sure what causes it, but it's common.
