Other tool manufacturers still make one (Bosch 8-1/2" and Makita 7-1/2"). All of these are single bevel though. I'd look at the DW717. It's a 10" but double bevel. mcabbage Posted December 10, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 10, 2013 I have come close to purchasing the Hitachi a couple times, the fence is such a POS though and its the convenience of having the double bevel that gets me. Would really like to see a smaller quality made version. And while im wishing! A wee smaller/lighter version of the 745 table saw would be cool too.
