Alan m Posted June 6, 2015 Report Share Posted June 6, 2015 I run the 50mm short festool boom arm hose into a y on the dc port on my dw745 . then a hose up to the guardI only run both if it is a finished house.the dw745 is very good at throwing the dust out the port . if im on a site or in a shed where dust isn't a problem I run the saw with no dust collector but use the 50mm pipe into a bucket.
