Taylor, looks awesome dude. If I could recommend a couple of tools for you, and it looks like you're already really well equipped, a router (2-1/4 or greater) and a table. Also a low angle block plane and laminate trimmer (not a power one, just a regular hand trimmer unless you want to go that route. You could also look into a biscuit cutter if you wanted to go that route or a Kreg jig. But....id go with the router, table and block plane first. Awesome stuff you have there already dude and an hvlp? Awesome!

I'd almost say go with the PC but....only if you were looking at the more powerful motor. I have the 1617 Bosch and love it. I would add the Bosch has a faster speed however the PC has one handed bit replacement as opposed to using two wrenches. I guess what I'm saying, either one will be a great machine.

Listening to the video there is definitely a higher pitch but lower tone to the motor.

Yeah I think Dewalts new impact has the upper hand on torque and speed all across the board compared. The DCF887 has about 200" pounds of torque and 450 rpm solve the 182. I think for me it's the ability to have the wrench anvil on the tool and the wireless charging set up. I won the IDH182 in the UTB along with my loved MXH but that included the wireless charging which is fantastic. I have thought about going with the new Bosch 18v and getting the 887 as I love the small collection of Dewalt tools I do have but the wireless charging system is what's keeping me from spending extraneous cash right now. I hate it when I act like a stupid adult i will ill say I do love my IDH, it's done everything I've asked of it and multi speed range is fantastic and it'll sink large lags like nobody's business but the new Dewalt has some obvious power advantages. As as far as the cordless Bosch saw? I finally got to mess around with one. Verdict....for me? Don't like it. The Dewalt in my opinion is way better. But....I've got the HKC-55 now and NOTHING is better than that! Except laser beams shooting from my eyes!

George, I would definitely recommend going through IHL Canada. As far as the gun goes, I haven't used it yet. When I get my new shop I'll be hanging a lot of drywall and will shoot a video of it then to give my opinion. All I can tell you is the gun feels great, I would have liked to have gotten the Bosch but the Dewalt is a solid feeling machine and is really inexpensive with the brushless motor. Plus, I really like Dewalt tools.

Heck, I just found out if I hold my iPad in landscape mode I can actually see a lot more of this new forum layout with notifications and everything as opposed to portrait mode! Yeah.....technology.
