  1. Sam Adams. White Christmas. And you might need two Good luck dude, sorry to hear about the misfortune.
  2. Thanks Nicholas, the short ceilings make maneuvering pieces around.....interesting. Yeah.....interesting. I told my Wife that I will move outdoors once we get a new horse for her. Her turn now! The plan then will be to either get a large shed / garage building or to build one depending on cost. That shop will have open ceilings, maybe some overhead storage but I want to have a couple of ceiling fans to help clear things up and keep things cool. Plus.....interesting isn't fun when trying to move an 8' sheet around!
  3. I picked up some great pieces a couple of weeks ago Comp. local Hardwood dealer about thirty minutes away. I wanted to make some 4/4 end grain boards but they're closed till Monday and I want to get some done so these will be a little smaller but the wood species are just gorgeous. I used Bubinga, Cherry and Tiger Maple on my Mother in Laws board I made her and it's just beautiful. I love having this shop. It's so nice being able to work again.
  4. @NicholasShetley hey Nicholas, I am sorry, I just read your post! The main area pictured is 11' wide by 19' long. That does not include the back portion where the planer and saw and router table plus the lumber break down area. It's not too large with ceilings well under seven feet but it's a huge area from what I originally had!
  5. It's awesome having all the tools mounted on casters. The shop is already clear in the main area. The Powermatic 54HH jointer is FRIGGIN' AWESOME!!!!!! Don't worry, the fence on my jointer is happy to be receiving the beautiful piece of maple
  6. This is fun. Absolutely awesome day in the shop. Started a bunch of project. I'm building a Hard Maple auxiliary fence for my Kapex and started two more heavy duty cutting boards, one oth Tiger Maple and Cherry, the other Tiger Maple and Black Walnut.
  7. Welcome to the forum too unclebud
  8. Nice Jimbo. My whole shop seems to be on casters.
  9. Yeah that BL Makita is going to be sooo slick! Cannot wait to see it come out I am thinking maybe the 18x2 for me
  10. Nice job Zach, are they going to be used outdoors?
  11. Welcome to the forum lagoodlife
  12. https://www.milwaukeetool.com/power-tools/cordless/2763-22 It would appear the kit only comes with 4.0s according to their site, at least here in the US. Also welcome to the forum bnear1987.
  13. I'm going to agree Mike. You need some Wera's!
  14. Zachary, here is the link for the 745 http://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-15-Amp-10-in-Compact-Job-Site-Table-Saw-DW745/100497987?MERCH=REC-_-PIPHorizontal1_rr-_-204512007-_-100497987-_-N
  15. Whereas you asked about the Ryobi I answered. It in all fairness, I have the Dewalt DW745 and love that little saw. Plenty of power and a superb fence. I will get the Sawstop when I move my shop to the light but my basement just doesn't have the room. I paid about 240 for my DW as its the special addition they put out for the holidays and its truthfully a fantastic machine. Dollar for dollar. I think it's the best saw, hands down over the small contractor saws. It doesn't come with a stand but I built a roll away cart and it works wonderfully.
  16. It's alright, I stayed up for the first time in years. My brother and his fiancé and our cousin Casey played Cards Against Humanity and had Chinese fools and stayed up. When everybody left we conked out on the couch till 4 and I got up and Samantha and I up to bed. I still got up at 7.
  17. No dude, your pro Milwaukee! Your SUPPOSED to have all those tools!!!
  18. That was the first time I hear of TIA. Funny how quickly time flies by. I remember coming home with my new tools and watching this series of videos thinking I just made a solid and smart investment if this guy approved,
  19. I bought my LXT211 and watched my first TIA video back when this was just released.
  20. My Dad's old Craftsman 7-1/4" circular saw I have. He gave it to me when he moved to Florida. I replaced the cord with an aftermarket kit from HD and a new blade and it works just fine. Not a powerhouse like my new Skilsaw but it gets the job done quite nicely. Pretty sweet being the thing is over thirty years old.
  21. You know rich your going to love those snappys. They are an awesome set, I've got the Festool and non Festool versions and love them.
