Why reinvent the wheel when you don't have to.
-
Today was the first day in the teens here this winter. This time last year we had -30 degree farenhight windchills and about nine inches of snow on the ground. It hasn't been too bad so far this year. We only had one light snowfall and that has been it. I'm not complaining at all.

That was a score on the bike and it looks great too. Hope it runs as good as it looks.
-
Great job! How long did that take to make?

Last awards week I won the AC Delco 12v die grinder. This awards week I won the 2 speed milwaukee 3/8 right angle impact wrench.

The humidity in the summer in Missouri is somewhere above 75 percent most of the time. There is a huge difference when there is a day with no humidity. The air temp can be 90 but it will feel like 110. My aunt that lives in Arizona came out to visit family and she could hardly take the heat.

The app is called autoresize. I have resized mine to around 75 kb and it has worked so far.
-
I use a photo resizing app and it has worked so far. With this one you can make the photo to whatever file size I want. I have used it for all of the engine pictures.

Their ADV line of impact sockets are copies of grey pneumatic sockets. I don't know about their higher priced line though.

Is it bad that I have already priced the compact and high torque fuel impacts and a pair of batteries? My wallet is cringing already.

Congratulations Chris! This will go great with your new workshop. You deserve it man!

Merry Christmas everyone. Hope everyone got what they wanted!

My grandpas old ESAB plasma cutter bit the dust the other day and he is looking for a new one. He is looking at the Eastwood plasma and tig welder combo that they have for $1000. Do you guys have any experience with the Eastwood plasma cutters or have any good recommendations. One that can cut around 3/8 to 1/2 thick would be ideal. It doesn't need to have a built in air supply and 110 or 220 volt will work. Something in the $1000 range would be great. Thanks for the help.

No problem BK. I bought it not long after Napa released the carlyle brand.
-
Congrats to all the winners. Yet another awesome giveaway.

Hey BK I have the 3/8 roto ratchet and it is great! It is very fine tooth and still works fine after two years of use.
-
I have a wood handled carlyle ball pein hammer but it is just a rebranded Vaughan I believe.
-
Thanks guys! BK this engine was around the $2000 mark to build other than the heads, my partner somehow got them for free, and it can easily handle up to 600 hp. With the rotating assembly we used no block clearancing was needed. It was pretty much a bolt in kit. The only bad things about the LS engines are the cost of them. Other than that they are great engines.

Welcome aboard Ignacio!

He also has a second and third video. He is slightly less of a tool in those videos.
-
You have been warned. He is the biggest tool in the van!
-
Man Javier, you are moving up in the world. Congrats to you and Woodstockva! Mabye you can get a sponsorship now.
-
He made a second one Jason. He is actually working in that video though. I'll see if I can find it.

Cpo is having an incredible deal on this kit. It comes with two batteries. It is also new, not reconditioned. http://www.cpomilwaukee.com/milwaukee-2496-22-m12-12v-cordless-lithium-ion-multi-tool-and-screwdriver-combo-kit/miln2496-22,default,pd.html?start=3&cgid=milwaukee-combo-kits&prefn1=series&prefv1=M12
Harbor Freight, who owns what from there?

I have their new professional ratchets, digital caliper, temp gun, and some gloves. I have bought my grandpa an angle die grinder and a right angle air drill and they aren't that bad. Like DR said their aluminum jacks aren't bad at all. I haven't been around their steel ones though. The professional tool boxes are great for the price.
