Believe me he didn't fail lol

That would probably be 60 grand by the time you buy all of the tools, tuition, dorm/apartment and everything else.
-
It is a fairly local one here. It starts on the fall this year, I still thought it was 2013
-
Not yet but it starts next year so it's not like I don't have time. I have the majority of the hand tools and air tools.
-
Oh I figured it was the pliers because you did a video on them.
-
I wish I would have known this before the snow started falling. They will still probably be there though.
-
He could buy one now and one later.
-
I don't use those type of pliers too much but if I ever need them I will try them. I do have some older s&k stuff and some proto wrenches and I like them.
-
Yes it is basically a paint pump with a hose that goes to a spray gun.
-
Oh well hope it looks as good as the closet does.
-
No problem. If you need help with air tools feel free to ask

Cpo is having a free battery promo on certian m12 kits. Some of the kits seem to be lower price as well. http://www.cpomilwaukee.com/free-milwaukee-battery/free-milwaukee-battery,default,sc.html

I don't even care for snap on tools as a whole. My uncle has some and they don't seem any better than mine. He has blown the head out of his ratchet numerous times. I have a couple of napa ones. One of the old brand one of the new 100 tooth ones and I love it. I already have a craftsman box and will never get one off of a truck. One of my friends brothers has over 20 grand that he owes to the trucks. My dad absolutely hates truck brands, he uses either craftsman or the older napa hand tools where he works.

Ok I was curious because I have a craftsman c3 drill that I use now and it will slip with an 1/8 inch bit unless you go as fast as possible. I bought the 29 piece set of dewalt pilot point bits and they work excellent on metal but for wood they will cause splintering on the exit hole but for rough stuff they work great. Give them a try and maybe do your own tool fight comparing them to the milwaukee bits.
-
How is the chuck on it? Do round drill bits slip when drilling steel or do you know? That is what I will be using mine for.
-
I will probably wait and see what every one else thinks, plus I will order the m18 fuel impacts and drill first.
-
The 12 volt fuel impact is narrower than the 18 volt due to the smaller motor and impact mechanism.
-
You could also check craigslist for a good used one for cheap.
-
I saw that and considering that as an option.

As you guys may or may not know I am going to tech school to be an auto mechanic and I have been accepted into the program. I need a good air impact (1/2 drive) for day in day out use. I am currently thinking about getting an ingersoll rand 2135 impact because my dad has one that he uses at his work (bus mechanic for the school) and it has been problem free until recently, considering he bought it when they came out with it, that isn't too bad (he broke the anvil where the hammering mech hits). I was wondering if you guys had any other good recommendations. I will be getting 50% off of snap on, Mac, Matco, ect.
-
It probably wouldn't be that much but auto work uses quite a bit of air

The wind chill is supposed to be -25 Monday. The high is supposed to be 0.
-
I would get the craftsman because with the smaller pancake compressor it will have to cycle after about one or two lug nuts.
