  1. I'd love to see a review on that ratchet, that thing looks pretty cool.
  2. Thanks, and yes it is...
  3. I think I'm gonna make this my running "I'm bored" thread...seemed to work pretty good last night to kill boredom, so anytime I'm bored I'll just throw a random photo in here. The process of digging around my Flickr to find a nice photo kills boredom for a little bit, maybe it'll turn into some kind of weird therapy...
  4. Well thanks, that actually worked, not bored anymore. Time for bed, bye bye...
  5. And here's a baby duck, because baby ducks are cute and cuddly...
  6. Here's a bobcat, hanging his head in shame for having to witness this whackiness...
  7. Okay, I'm not so bored now, but I think if I stop I'll get bored, and that'll just lead to more silly-business.
  8. Oh, and here's a couple of grasshoppers doing it like they do on the Discovery Channel, to show that I'm not offended by a duck doing the freaky-deaky with a dog...
  9. Here's a spider, to give you the willies and also to make you think about what you've done... And just in case, here's a pretty bubble to cheer you up after I gave you the willies and made you sad, because bubbles are cool and everybody likes bubbles...
  10. Thanks Here's a bobcat, giving you a disapproving look for posting a pic of a duck getting busy with a dog...
  11. Yup, and thanks. I'm still bored, here's another bird...
  12. That'll be enough of this mushy bull, this is a tool forum not a knitting circle.
  13. They'd never use a shot of my garage, they wouldn't want to sit in front of a photo with all this Ryobi crap in it...

    EDC Knife

I collect knives, I've done so my entire life, so carrying a knife is second-nature to me. Currently I have a Microtech Scarab as my EDC and always have a Leatherman Wave on my belt. Always carry a Leatherman Micra in my pocket too. Knives are something I know quite a bit about. I wouldn't say I was an expert, but I'm close enough to being an expert that I can fool the experts.
  15. PortaMate Megavise II - Basically a JawHorse but cheaper. Probably not built as well as an actual JawHorse but we all know names sometimes don't mean anything. This could be a great thing to have, especially considering the price.
  16. I had to buy separate 11/32 when I bought my Gearwrench sets. A lot of the stuff on the machines I was working on was 11/32, and I could never understand why nobody included that size in wrench sets. Sucked having to buy them separate but what can you do...
  17. Nope, when I buy a new tool I purposely find stuff to use it on, even when there's nothing to use it on. If I wasn't going to use a tool I wouldn't buy it. New tools are fun too, you get the thrill of using it and wondering how long it'll take before you get that first scratch or scuff. It's like a little adventure
  18. I just did a Craftsman not too long ago, dang thing kept slipping so I finally had enough and broke it down. Cleaned it up, greased, it, now it works like new.
  19. I wish my Husky was that quiet, that dang thing sounds like it's gonna take off for Mars when I run it...
