  1. Hey guys! We upgraded from our 2001 E350 van to a new 2500 Ram Promaster tall roof, long wheelbase. Of course we had to build it out for our needs. We have been working out of it for a month or so now and it is just great! Unbelievable how much nicer it is to not have to crawl around anymore. Here is a video tour of the inside. Hopefully it gives someone some good ideas.
  2. I can't wait to see all the new stuff. Loving the 20v brushless 7-1/4" I just got. The grinder looks sweet! Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  3. Yes I believe so. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  4. Cutting depth is 2-9/16"...will make cutting i-joists so much nicer. Feels balanced...about the same weight as the Milwaukee 6.5". One negative is no rafters hook. Good sightlines to the blade. 57 degree bevel capabilities! Could have used that earlier this week.
  5. Sweet! Looks like that could be my first Flexvolt tool.. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  6. Do you know something?
  7. Mine is coming! Can't wait to use it!
  8. I have been in construction all my working life. I would go on jobsites with my dad when I was 8 or 9. Worked at a remodeling company during high school and full time my freshman year of college. Decided I loved construction and quit school and haven't looked back. In 2001 I started my company along with 2 other partners. One guy left quite awhile ago and it is just myself, my partner, and a helper. We build custom homes and do remodeling work.
  9. Can you put the base from the Europe 54v model that runs on a track?? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  10. I get that...but for my use I don't need that. 90% of my cordless cutting can be done by the 20v saw..probably more like 95%. For that 5% it falls short I can get out my old trusty Skilsaw worm drive. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  11. I have been eyeing it but the 20v appeals to me more. If I want more power I can add a 60v batt but for the time being I can use the batts I already have.
  12. Just give me that new 20v 7-1/4 saw! @2-9/16th cutting depth I can finally quit using our beastly 10-1/4" Milwaukee for cutting i-joist.
  13. I don't like the stock shelves. I think putting thought into how you use your van and your most used items helps make a more efficient setup. Having a specific spot for everything makes cleanup at the end of the day go so much quicker and when you go to grab a tool it is right where it always it. We did our van in a combo of wood, metal, and ToughSystem boxes. It has worked great! We just bought a new ProMaster and are in the process of building it out right now. I will post pics as I go.
  14. I have the HKC and it does fall short on cutting through 2x on a 45. It excels for exterior finish trim and straight cuts in 2x. We did a covered patio and all the trim was cedar. A lot of 1" thick wide boards. It was a dream to use. Nice tight miter!
  15. Hey Chris! Not much. Staying busy with work. Have a new house build that is starting up. Finishes several remodels up. Nice relaxing weekend. All good in your world? Little one doing well? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  16. Damn..missed this one! Nice deal! Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  17. I mow about 1/4 acre at my house...with a zero turn! Lol! Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  18. It would take 2 batteries for sure. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  19. We didn't do the self propelled. We demoed a unit first and it is so light you do not need self propelled. We have the 5.0 battery I think. The 7.2 is newer isn't it?
  20. How big is your yard Chris? We own one for a smaller yard on a rental property we own. It is great that I can drive over now and not have to bring a mower or gas. The yard is maybe 3500 sq ft. It takes about 30-40 minutes to mow it and it just gets it on one battery if it isn't too tall. In mulching mode it does a good job on mulching the grass and cuts good. 21. I love their arbor! So easy to pop out the bit, push out the plug, and put the bit back and keep drilling.
  22. Keter stand & home made wings with Kreg fence when on site. Then our shop has a permanent location setup.
  23. Used, not abused, but not babied. I will blow them out every once in awhile. Grease or heavy dirt gets cleaned off bit thats it. They get tossed around, stepped on, etc.
