Besides. I got a gig with Bosch. Remember? ? ?
whats this Bosch gig I'm hearing about?? i though you were my Festool homie on TIA.. you know we don't have the numbers here that we do on FOG.. We have to stick together

December 1st ship date! Never thought it would get here this fast.
Here is their page with all the new stuff coming 12/1/14
-
Congrats guys! Excellent videos, keep them coming!!
-
Once a fire gets to that size nothing is gonna slow or stop it though.. just try to prevent it's spread to surrounding buildings and watch it burn
-
That is a crazy video. I think he deserves the rest of the day off. It's amazing how fast structures get burn down. Given that the inside looked empty, air flow was probably helping spread the fire more quickly.
Haha, at least an extra long lunch break!!
It sure did go fast.. I'm assuming it had no drywall installed which would have helped slow things down a bit
-
Would ya look at that, there it is!
I wonder why it wasn't included..
I wish they had tested the makita with higher ah batterie. Maybe in a month or so they can rerun the test with the Dewalt and new makita batteries and add it to the results
-
Is dewalt cordless saw smaller. Just wondering why there is no yellow. I think this shootout is rigged. Great review.
The comparison only included 7 1/4" cordless circular saws... as far as I know dewalt doesn't have one
-
madman, I know, that new never clean filter tech is really cool! i wish more vac makers would start using it!!! almost as sweet as the tiger DNA in Stabila levels
too freaking funny!
-
hahaha this dude is for sure Drunk or high or probably both!
good drinking game would be to take a shot every time he says its the best! you would be slammed in like 3 minutes
pretty sad if thats the best thing he has ever bought in his life
also i like how Makita clearly says it has 10 minute run time, by the end of the video he is saying how it runs for like 30 minutes
DAN AND ERIC, Pay attention.. you could really learn a thing or two about making a quality review video from this guy!! maybe he offers coaching. time to step up your game guys LOL
-
sweet setup! it all looks so purdy how are you liking the promaster van? i have a carpenter buddy that just bought one, he's been having a few small issues like a coolant leak and door latches not working..
-
The only thing is warranty support and parts if things go wrong. That's the risk you take with grey market tools though.
I hear ya on this one! thats a major downside.. Im not sure if i will even do it, sometimes the temptation is there! Makita has so many cool new Brushless tools over in Europe now like that badass new impact, jigsaw and circular saw. i get impatient waiting for them to make it over here. also there is talk of a new reciprocating saw on the horizon.. that might be what pushes me over the edge if they don't release it in the US quickly
-
I would do it....since I still have connection for example to Germany
not fair man!!
-
Chris, you make a good case! ok, bottle opener makes the cut!!
Conductor and Dwain, Im thinking with cordless stuff the only thing that wouldn't be comparable is the charger.. 18v is 18v, thats my understanding anyway.. buying the bare tools would take care of this am i right in thinking that i could just use my current makita 18v charger and batteries and not have to deal with anything else?
-
Wow, just saw this!! That's insane.. that can't be an easy jump from balcony to balcony, things could have went a lot worse for this dude.. glad they didnt!
-

Claudio, sorry I'm a little late to the welcome party.. glad to have you here!!
Italy is such an amazing country! I was there about 1 year ago, stayed in Positano and Amalfi first, this had to be my favorite place i have ever been in the world! Then we spent a day seeing pompei, Vesuvius and Herculaneum.. after that we finished up the trip in Rome which was just an amazing place to be!! Such a great place with so much to see and so much history!

Very nice!!

I saw this over on Pro Tool Reviews, thought it was a great review that a lot of people here might be interested in.
its a shame they couldn't get their hands on some 4ah Makita batteries or even the 5ah that are due out next month.. it could have really changed the outcome of the run time tests
-
Dan, that's what I was thinking.... release the Milwaukee first then trickle it down to ryobi. I'll keep crossing my fingers. Hopefully the have something in the works, like DR said, their lights are pretty lame.. they could definitely use it!
-
Alright, DR gets the kapex
$60 is such a small fee for such innovation!! Lol.
That dude must be on Crack. That thing isn't worth $5
he should just turn it in for scrap metal

Does anyone know of a thorough comparison (video would be great) of the fmm250 vs the fmm350 and also one between the fmm350 and the supercut. I would love to see some head to head action!!
