- ya $29..... ya it is slower than an outlet however I guess it could help in a pinch......the other thing I noticed it will eat a battery if a battery is left attached even with nothing plugged in..........
-
Safety recall? how would a person even know about something like that without looking in to it.......good on you Chrisk

i think at this price point brand name is not to important as long as it turns a couple stones when ya want it to.....
-
ya that would be nice but it just wouldn't be right......
-
looks like a lot of new stuff to add to a wish list......

ya Canadian Tire, big store for tools here in Canada......some of their tool line will not compete with the big companies but most of their tools are going to be more than good enough for the DIYer nice thing about Mastercraft is the store has many tools 50%-70% off from week to week their Maximum line is better yet......for example I don't need a $400 belt sander for the amount I use one but if I buy the Mastercraft belt sander @ 60% off for $39.95 its worth having just in case
Their wrenches and socket sets will hold up to pretty much the best out there for a fraction of the cost........

thanks, actually I do but I have almost a 2 year waiting list as I work at my own pace and for select people......

This is a set of drawers I made a couple of years back. For the Garage.
I like it plain and simple .......

That's nice!!! Even the the case looks really cool and big anybody have an idea when this is coming over
ya why is that, you would think they have some different specialty tools but something that is so general as that you think it would get released everywhere same time.....
-
lol didn't mean to sound harsh......that statement comin from an old school boss..........
-
I realize this is a crude drawing but ya get the picture.....if the span of cut is short why not put a board over the track guide side ways and put a screw or two in it to keep it there and don't use a clamp at all.......
-
another table little different style but hockey themed just the same......however this one put my mitre cutting to the test....lol

that's what I thought not gonna be good enough for a full blown machine shop but will come in handy for a back yard shop for $30
-

-
thought this was a good price for a small bench grinder under $30....

I'd like to see a M18 Hackzall in the fuel line

My wife and kids are fully supportive to my tool addiction, in fact they are indirectly enablers.......buying me tools for birthdays and such.....my wife shocked me 1 time in home depot, I was looking at a M18 circular saw that was on sale........as I was holding the demo tool looking at it my wife says to the fellow helping me is it the fuel version? he says no not this one and we don't have any in stock......my wife says well there is no sense buying this one, wait for the fuel version to come in .........
and here I didn't think she listened to my mumbling about tools as I often do.....

its always nice to have your own, but in your case get the miter now and then the table saw when you can, seeings you can still have use of a table saw if need be.....

So I guess we now have a shop compared to Harbour heights....
I visited the shop today and found they have a lot of B grade 1 time or so use tools.
I picked up a couple 48" bar clamps for less than $10ea we will see how they hold up
also picked up a few sanding sponges 3 for a dollar............

if it is now dry most likely not you will have to sand it down and start again this time make sure both lacquer and wood is at least room temp. If you can't have that try a blow dryer or heat gun to warm area up.

don't get me wrong I have used it with the slim 2.0 and the 4.0 batteries just found it odd if I leave a battery connected it drains just sitting there, unlike any of my drills/drivers they can have a battery on it for days and no battery power loss.......or enough to notice.....
