  1. I picked up one of those a while back. It was a marked down return. I didn't like it at all. It made a lot of noise also between the tool and the compressor. I ended up trading it to someone for a Dremel sawmax.
  2. Great choice!! That is my kind of bike. That is very very similar bike to the KTM 950 Supermoto I was talking about liking so well. It's funny I stopped and looked at an older Monster yesterday. Are going to put some bar end mirrors on it? I know wet clutches are a lot better but I miss the classic Ducati clutch noise on the newer models.
  3. They are at $369 clearance. If you buy through HD online they are $349 plus you get an extra battery.
  4. Look up the 2403 it's the same drill without the hammer function. I use the hammer function on mine a lot. Works perfect for hanging stuff with plaster walls.
  5. I'm glad you found it useful. I was looking at them and was surprised myself because I had heard how much smaller the brushed drill was.
  6. I have been to nine HD looking for one. There are none to be had around here. I found one where someone had swapped out a brushed impact in the place of the fuel and stole one of the batteries. I bought it anyway. Then at another store where someone had put the display impact in a m12 bag. I bought it too. Now after spending $120 I have a partial kit with a scratched up impact. I'm still happy to have it for that but I would have loved to of found one complete in the box. You got really lucky if you found two nice ones in one store.
  7. I have that one and it does pretty good. I would like to have one like the NaluRush posted.
  8. Thanks. I scored second overall. For this competition we had fly to music of our choice and had one required maneuver. I did the triangle with a snap roll on the up and down line at the beginning of the video. There are a lot of guys better than me. Some of them practice every day and treat it like a job. They can smooth up a lot of the little corrections and bumps in my flying. Working full time I never could commit that much time to it. I would just try to go out on the weekends and have fun.
  9. Great job on the video and the deck. I subscribed a while back also.
  10. Like Bremon I think I would go ahead and send that drill in for warranty.
  11. Congrats!! Those are some awesome deals.
  12. From the back of the tool to the chuck they are basically the same length. This chuck is slightly longer, but it's an all metal chuck that will accept 1/2" bits.
  13. It's a lot of fun. I used to be into it a lot more than I am now. This is a video from back in 2010. This was a tri state shoot out between Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Three of us were chosen to compete for Texas. We won 1st place. I just haven't had the time to commit to it since I moved to NC. http://youtu.be/7Q-JPbfJ_uI
  14. Thanks. I'm a big fan of Fuel and other brushless tools. I've heard comments several times about someone choosing the M12 brushed drill because it was smaller. I thought it might be helpful to see them side by side.
  15. I see a lot of discussion about how big the M12 Fuel drill is. I thought I would show a side by side comparison of the 2404 Fuel and the 2407 brushed. The chuck is a little longer on the Fuel. I'll gladly take that little bit of extra to have a nice metal 1/2" chuck. Would you?
  16. I just can't believe it took as long as it did for tool manufactures to take advantage of the technology. I've had brushless airplane and helicopter motors for 12 or 13 years now. The brushless motor in this dwarfs any cordless tool I have yet to see. It will turn a prop as big as a 50cc gasoline motor. It takes some work to get one of these right. You have to measure amp draw, build cooling baffles, and measure temperatures. The tool companies have already done all of this for us. All we have to do is charge the battery and go work. The technology is proven. I'm willing to take the risk, but I guess I'm a bit of a nerd.
  17. I had the 15amp version before the Fuel. It is one heavy tool.
  18. Congrats! You are going to love it. It's by far the best Sawzall I've ever had my hands on..
  19. You can tell by the pictures how well they get along. It's really funny how some dogs just hit it off and get along from the beginning. Dogs are awesome. Here is a couple pics my cattle dog.
  20. In the pro section there is usually one customer facing.
  21. LOL! Not planning on selling the sawzall anytime soon. I decided to sell some of my duplicates so I could purchase different tools. I ended up with 4 multi tools and 3 impacts drivers. I put two multi tools in the classifieds.
  22. I recently picked up a new M18 multi tool. I don't think I really need 4 multi tools. I would be interested in trading for a Bosch or DeWalt Palm router, Milwaukee 2454 3/8" impact, Milwaukee 2530 M12 fuel Cir Saw, 3/8" impact sockets, Milwaukee LED light, etc. I might be interested in other tools. Let me know what you have. Tool #1. - Sold Bosch MX30E Works great and in very good condition. Comes with new Carbide Bosch metal cutting blade, Rockwell wood blade, and Rockwell sanding pad. Tool #2. I decided to keep it for now. Milwaukee 2426 M12 Very low use. I have mainly used this for scraping. Comes with blade, adapter, wrench, manuals, sanding pad, bag, charger, and 1.5AH battery. The battery is brand new and has never been out of the bag. Shipping covered in the U.S. I'm located in Lexington, NC. PayPal accepted for goods. (I'm not interested in getting banned from PayPal by doing the gift thing.) These are listed on eBay. If you would like to buy one let me know ASAP and I will pull them off of eBay.
  23. It sold on eBay a little while ago.
  24. Ahh that makes sense. Yeah I wouldn't count on the brushed M12 to remove any lug nuts.
