  1. Delicate plunge cutting, cabinet work, trim, flooring, corner sanding, grout removal, and more recently fixing my measuring error I caught after nailing beadboard backsplash up.
  2. I like the nesting feature. I've always just clamped a thin piece of wood on top if I need to enlarge the hole...
  3. Nice! Two questions for ya: Have you tried the fuel sawzall? If so, how does it compare to corded? How would you compare the Makita BL to the other big brands? (I assume these are your personal tools)
  4. Do you have any pictures?
  5. That looks like a nice one! What did it set you back?
  6. Did you register your saw? You might want to do that if you haven't yet..
  7. Pretty decent deal! I'll probably wait though... Usually the last price drop ends in .03
  8. This is a good deal just for the blades! I'll have to pick some up...
  9. I think Ace sells them too. I'll have to check and see if they have any sales...
  10. Ryobi or ridgid. Ryobi might be cheaper but ridgid has a lifetime warranty.
  11. What kind of things would this compressor be able to run?
  12. Those flood lights look nice.... I'd love to see a comparison of their new drill/driver..
  13. I have a corded dewalt and already wish I had a cordless. I couldn't imagine getting out a compressor for a multi tool...
  14. In my experience the best deals ended in .03 (or .06). Most had 0 in stock though. The impacts were up in the rafters though.
  15. That makes sense. Good analogy with the jigsaw vs circular saw.
  16. I should mention this varies by store so YMMV. I'm going tomorrow to check out all the other local stores. It's still online for full price.
  17. Thanks to Shuutr, I was able to efficiently use the HD terminal. I keep seeing these deals thinking, "this will never happen to me.." But tonight I got lucky! Saw the 2653-22ct impact driver compact battery kit clearances for $58.03 on the computer. It said they had 3 on hand. Found (with an employee's help) two in the rafters and he said the third must have been a display. Bought both of them. $229.00 regular on HD and 239 on Amazon. No signage. Would have never found them without the computer. Thanks Shuutr!
  18. What's the benefit to this saw vs a worm drive with a prazi?
  19. True! No doubt you could sell the "new" bare tools for 60 each and end up with a free charger and 2 batteries...
  20. I'd love the see the comparison of the Bosch and fuel!
  21. Me either... I must be going to the wrong HDs...
  22. Love the setup! How long did it take you with the foam?
  23. I would also go with the dewalt.
  24. I need to either buckle down and by a dust deputy… Or make one for sure!
