Ego seems like the leader of the pack. The mower puts them over the top for me.
And the snow blower too

Expected to be released in May per Bosch JimboS1ice. Let's hope so.

Regular blade. Stock blade goes for Freud Industrial prices here. Much better off with Freud Ind. or Diablo.
Yea dewalt blades aren't the best, the FV blades are better than most stock blades, makita makes a decent blade too

Why don't we have these in the US???

Apparently M18 Fuel OPE is overrated and not what they'd have you believe it is.
Supposed to be weak, ended up buying an ego blower

Dewalt does have much more cordless carpentry stuff than Milwaukee

The FlexVolt? It's powerful enough that you can't really stall it. If you cut posts all day with it you don't need an adjustable shoe and still make use of most of your blade.
Other Dewalt recips; 4 way blade positioning.
If you have a loose tooth you can use them to knock it out. Other than that there's not really anything to like. Corded if you're buying anything other than a Milwaukee or Makita AVT you're crazy. Cordless there are clearly multiple superior options, one of which is in this thread lol.
Gotta be the x2 makita

CATERPILLAR Looks like a nice saw. does it have AVT? The speed selector looks nice and intuitive. almost like a drill direction selector.
To a point I've heard it's not the smoothest

I have to say I like Great Lakes Woodworks about the best. Just seems to have an err of quality to it.
Kind of cliche though for our area though, everything and their mother is Great Lakes ______

Brighter and whiter, lots of LEDs, fog lamps becoming more standard as well, besides HID tech has become more available and cost effective but everything is about LED headlamps now

Haha he's getting good practice referring to her as wife, good tactic really, it keeps the questions down if he said the word fiancee all the time, people would get annoying after awhile, asking all sorts of questions.
This is truth!

I'm generally not a fan of diablo sanding abrasives but their belts are pretty decent quality, 1x30 are pretty slim pickings in store

I have the rikon version, not a bad unit tracking isn't the greatest but not bad in the belt, HD stocks diablo 1x30 belts

Keep your eyes open at HD. They have them on sale all the time. They had the 2 for $14.99 deal when I was there a couple days ago. You could probably get one cheaper than I could ship you one.
I need to to grab a couple 16's really. For most of my project a 16' would be ideal and much less weight
I need another tape measure like another hole in my head
